Deposit Contract

If you will be joining Laughter and Love Daycare outside of four weeks, you will need to complete and pay a $250/month deposit (every four weeks). Once you've completed the form, I will receive it via email immediately. You will then need to submit your first month's payment using either Zelle or Venmo. Checks no longer accepted. Please understand, that without a deposit, I am not required to hold a position open, even if you submitted the deposit contract.

Enrollment forms

If we've met, and agreed your little one will become a part of the Laughter and Love Daycare family, please fill out form below two weeks prior to your child's first day. Your payment must also be submitted via Zelle or Venmo at this time. Payments are accepted weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Checks are no longer accepted. Your child will not be considered as enrolled until both the contract and payment are received. If you submit the contract, but fail to submit your payment, or vice versa, your child will not be admitted into care and the placement will open up to the next interested party.
